House and condo cleaning in Toronto
Most of our Toronto bookings are condos and apartments: one- and two-bedroom units in the towers around Union Station, CityPlace, Liberty Village and King West, where the space is small but the kitchen, the bathroom and the floor-to-ceiling glass all show every mark. A standard visit covers the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and every surface, and the price is fixed by the size of the unit, so you see it before you book.
Further out, in the Annex, Leslieville, the Beaches or around High Park, many homes are older semi-detached and row houses on two or three floors, often with a finished basement. Stairs, original hardwood and narrow hallways take more time than a modern condo, which is why house cleaning is priced by floor area instead.
Parking is the question we get asked most in Toronto. Our cleaners use visitor parking or street parking near you, or come by transit downtown. If your building needs the cleaner registered with the concierge, or a fob left at the front desk, write it in "How to get in" when you book.
