House and condo cleaning in Scarborough
Scarborough is mostly houses: bungalows and two-storey detached homes in Wexford, Agincourt and Guildwood, and townhouses and newer subdivisions further east towards Malvern and the Rouge. Many have a basement apartment or a busy family kitchen, and these are the rooms we spend the most time on.
Around Scarborough Town Centre and along Kingston Road there are also plenty of apartment and condo buildings, which we clean at fixed prices by the size of the unit.
Because so many homes in Scarborough are rented, move-in and move-out cleaning is one of our most booked services here: an empty unit cleaned from top to bottom, inside the oven, the fridge and every cabinet, ready for the inspection or the next tenant.
