How much does cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your space, the type of cleaning and how often you book. Our Pricing page lists every price by size. Book online to see your exact price, or request a free quote and we will give you a number with no surprises.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. Our cleaners arrive with professional, eco-friendly products and all the equipment they need. If you prefer that we use your own products, just let us know in the booking notes.
Who will clean my home?
A professional Purisify cleaner: trained, experienced and verified with government ID before their first job. Recurring clients keep the same cleaner whenever possible.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans are available, with a discount of up to 15% for recurring visits. Whenever possible you keep the same cleaner.

Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Let us know as early as you can. Changes made well ahead of your appointment are free; late cancellations may carry a fee because the time was reserved for you.
How do I pay?
You can pay in cash, by Interac e-Transfer or by card. Nothing is charged when you book online.
What if I am not happy with the cleaning?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean the area for free. Call us or reply to your confirmation email.
